Early Bird fees are valid by registering prior to June 6, 2006. After that date standard fees are valid. The deadlines for payment given in the invoice must be observed. Full payment must be received prior to attending the conference. Cancellation is possible until JUne 6, 2006. The cancellation fee is € 100. After that date cancellation is not possible and full fees have to be paid. The conference programme may be subject to changes. Payments will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organiser. In such event the organiser will have no further liability to the client. Registration remains valid if the conference has to be postponed. Product and brand names are usually registered trademarks.
