Simon Nash is a committer on the Apache Tuscany project. He has been involved with Apache since 2006, and he has been developing commercial software for over 30 years. Over the years, Simon has made something of a habit of working on the latest chapter in the unfolding story of distributed architectures (including CORBA, RMI, RMI-IIOP, Web Services, SOA, and currently SCA), with a particular interest in how these technologies can make life easier for developers building distributed applications. Simon is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and a member of the IBM Academy of Technology.
