| Ted Leung is an engineering manager at the Open Source Applications Foundation, where he is working on the Chandler Project. He is the author of "Professional XML Development with Apache Tools". Ted was the technical lead for the IBM XML4J parser which served as the initial code base for the Java version of xml.apache.org's Xerces parser. He is a member of the Apache Software Foundation, co-maintainer of the PlanetApache group blog, and a former pyblosxom developer.
